Pricing of products listed in our website is in our complete discretion unless in case of genuine human error.

Price Changes
adultworld.co.za’s product prices are always subject to change without notice. The price for the product you wish to order is set at the time of purchase. It is possible that the price may increase or decrease between the time a product was added to shopping cart and the time that the purchase was actually made. We always verify prices as part of our shipping process. If a product or service has been listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order for that product or service even if your order has been confirmed. In that case we will contact you with the option of paying the correct amount or offer a refund.

At adultworld.co.za we give you “Real Time” knowledge of every piece of inventory that we carry to help you when making your buying decisions.
Ships in 24 hours:
Product is In Stock at our warehouse, ready for immediate shipment if ordered before 2pm AEST (UTC+10)
Ships in 3-7 days:
Product is out of stock at our warehouse, and has been re-ordered from the appropriate vendor. Average time to re-stock is 3-7 business days after the product goes out of stock.
Backorders and Pre-orders
A product that you may wish to order may be temporarily out of stock (on order) or may not yet have been released (pre-release). You can still order these items and they will be shipped as soon as the product becomes available. Your credit card will not be charged until a product is shipped to you.
Finding & Buying Products
For Adult DVD’s:
Browse our home page. This is the first screen you see when you arrive at our store. We feature our best sellers, new arrivals, and staff picks. If you see a product that interests you, simply click on image to go directly to the item. On the product detail page, we show all the information relating to that item and images of the artwork. You can add the product to your cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button
To search by Title, Actor, and Director: If you know the title or name of the item you are after, or the name of your favourite actor or actress, enter the title or name into “Search” on the top right side of each page followed by the “GO” button and you will be taken directly to a results page. You can also search for a performer from within the product information page by clicking on the underlined name of a favourite performer.
Browse by category: Let's say you are interested "Anal" titles. Simply click on the "Anal" category link on the left side of the page. You'll be linked to a new page and see all the titles under the "Anal" section. By clicking on any product listed on the page, you'll be linked to the product detail page. You can place the title into your shopping cart from the product detail page by clicking on "Add to Cart" button. You can also search for a category from within the product information page by clicking on the underlined name of a favourite category.
Browse by Studio: If you have a favourite Production Studio you can narrow your search to see what additional DVD’s they have to offer. Take a look at the “Studio” menu on the left side of our home page and click on your studio from the list. This will connect you to the studio of your choice and you will be provided with a list of all DVDs that studio has to offer. You can also search for a studio from within the product information page by clicking on the underlined name of a favourite studio.
For Adult Sex Toys:
To browse and buy Adult Toys simply follow the same procedure as above. For a more specific search, you can press on the Adult Toys button on the header of our site to be redirected to our Adult Toys central. There you can browse our entire range of adult toys and lifestyle products.
For Lingerie:
To browse and buy Lingerie simply follow the same procedure. For a more specific search, you can press on the Lingerie button on the top of our site to be redirected to our Lingerie central. There you can browse our entire range of adult toys and lifestyle products.
Using the Shopping Cart
Once you've found an item that you like to purchase, you must add it to your shopping cart. By doing so, you are not obligated to purchase it. You may remove it from your shopping cart at any time
To place an item in your shopping cart, simply click on the "Add to Cart" button on the product detail page. Should you wish to continue browsing for products, please press the “Continue Shopping” button to be redirected to the last page you visited before the product detail page.
Adding a product to cart is simply like adding the item to a list that may be changed at any time, or cancelled if you decide not to purchase anything. If you're not completely sure you want to purchase a product, you can still put it in the cart and later delete it before completing your purchase by clicking on the “Remove Item” button. If you would like to change the quantity of an item, simply change the quantity in your cart before completing your order and click on the "Update QTY" button to adjust the quantities and amount.
Important: You can navigate from any one of our websites to another within our network without losing the products in your cart. Any products you add to your cart will be merged with your main cart regardless of which one of our websites you are browsing. You can enter our Adult Toys website for example, and checkout from our Lingerie website without losing any products you have added previously.
Note: Placing an item to your shopping cart does not secure the item for you. If the stock is low and someone else buys the same item you have in your cart, unfortunately you will miss out. To secure an item you need to go through the checkout process.
Using Coupons
Discount coupons are delivered to our customers as a code that is usually a word of phrase. To redeem a coupon, simply shop as you normally would, by adding the items you wish to buy in your shopping cart. Once you are ready please click on “proceed to checkout” from within the product information page or simply click on the checkout link on the top right corner of our website. At the checkout page you will see a list of options. The first option is Discount Coupons and Gift Vouchers. Enter your Coupon code at the discount coupons textbox and Click "Redeem". The appropriate discount will then be applied to your cart showing you the discount. You may only use one coupon at a time. You may "overwrite" a coupon by entering another coupon code and click "APPLY". You must redeem your coupon at the checkout. Orders will not be modified after you have checked out. The value of the coupon is not applicable towards shipping and taxes. If you change your order and the order remains within the minimum required value, your discount will be recalculated. However, if you cancel a product from your order and you are not meeting the minimum order requirements, your coupon discount will be removed from your order. Reward Points
To thank you for your support and to offer future incentives to you we wanted to give something back. This is why we have launched this great Reward Point Program.
Available exclusively to our members, our Points Reward Program is as simple as it sounds. While shopping at adultworld.co.za you will earn Shopping Points for the money you spend. Once earned, you'll be able to use those points to pay for future purchases at adultworld.co.za. When an order is placed, the total amount of the order will be used to calculate the amount of points earned. These points are added to your Shopping Points account as pending points. All pending points are listed in your Shopping Points account and will stay there until approved/confirmed by us.
Once any pending points have been approved, they will be released and your account will be credited with the value of those points, ready for you to spend on whatever you want.
You must login to your account in order to view the status of your points. One Point is worth 1 Rand. Currently you earn 1 Reward Point for every 12 Rand you spend.
Using the Wish List
For your convenience we have added a "Wish List" feature for items you would like to keep in mind for future reference or future purchase. Using the wish list feature is very simple. Find an item you'd like to include on your Wish List. Select the "Add to Wish List" button from within any product information page. The item will be added to your Wish List. To retrieve your wish list, simply click on the wish list link on the top right corner or in your Account. You can transfer items from your wish list to the shopping cart and you can delete items in your wish list at anytime. You can even email your wish list to someone else!
Note: Placing an item to your wish list does not secure the item for you. If the stock is low and someone else decides to buy the item in your wish list, unfortunately you will miss out.
Saving your Cart
For Members:
For your convenience, the contents in your shopping cart are saved automatically as long as you are logged in and you have item(s) in your cart. You no longer have to fear losing your cart. With this feature you can collect item(s) to your cart and continue shopping at a later time. Your cart can be retrieved and saved from any computer as long as you logged in. "Saved item(s)" can be retrieved at any time by login to your account and clicking "View Cart". If you wish to remove an item from your cart, simply click on the “Remove Item” button in your shopping cart.
If you are a member and you add items to your cart before you login, these items will be merged with your existing shopping cart as soon as you login
For non Members:
Non members can also temporary save items to cart and will remain in your cart for a short period, usually around 3-4 hours. For your own privacy, the contents of your cart will be erased after a few hours of inactivity if you do not check out.
Reviewing Products
Product reviews are used as constructive feedback and to help fellow users make an informed choice. To rate or post a review of a product you have purchased, please press the “Write a review on this product” link located within the product information page. You must be logged in to be able to rate a product.
adultworld.co.za reserves the right to remove any reviews that portray our website, our affiliates, our users, or our products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive manner. Furthermore, we will remove comments that are unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
Gift Wrapping (coming soon)
adultworld.co.za will soon offer gift wrapping! Let us do all the hard work! Gift Wrapping is easy! Place your Order as usual and when you proceed through Checkout, select which products you would like wrapped.

- Send the wrapped Gift directly to the Recipient.
Our Gift Wrapping option is the best way on the Internet to buy the gifts you want and have them wrapped. All packages will be wrapped in silver wrapping paper and will include a bow and gift card.
Would you like to send your Gifts directly to the Recipient?
Place an Order with ONLY the items you wish to give to the recipient.
In the first page of our checkout, check the gift wrapping checkbox, then please press the button labelled “Change Address” to ADD the recipient's shipping address to your Empire Account. Select their address and choose the Gift Invoice (no prices) for that Order. We'll ship their gifts directly to them.
Important Information:
- A Gift Wrapping fee of R10 per item will be charged for each item you request to be wrapped.
- Each item selected for Gift Wrapping will be individually wrapped.
- If multiple copies of an item are ordered, you may select the number of copies you wish to wrap during Checkout.
- All products, except certain novelties are eligible for Gift Wrapping.
- If the Gift Wrapping checkbox does not appear next to an item listing during Checkout, that item is not eligible for Gift Wrapping.
